Spacers
Spacers
Sold as a pair.
Available in stainless, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, and titanium in two sizes. Standard length is what is visible in the product image. This is the size to choose if you plan to use a latch on your knife. Full length spacers are flush with the end of the handle and prevent the use of a latch, but do provide some extra weight for your handles and a cleaner look.
Some variations are skeletonized for further weight reduction. They look the same when installed but have been hollowed out on the inside. They will naturally be less impact resistant than normal ones if struck directly on an unsupported section, so this should be considered if you tend to be rough with your knives.
I am working on converting all solid standard length stock into skeletonized stock for a better range of options closer to a neutral balance and to add zippy compatibility.
