This product comes in two variations - both pictured on one knife for illustrative purposes. "Left side" clips are pictured on the top of the image and "Right side" clips are pictured on the bottom of the image. The option you choose is a matter of personal preference as to where you want your clip.

The clip comes with a set of black T8 screws and two spacer bushings. 

The clip itself is made from grade 5 6Al-4V titanium and the bushing and screws are both made from stainless steel.
